I’m a seasoned inventory management software professional with over 30 years of experience in the supply chain industry.
In 2009, I created Herlitz Inventory Management and its flagship replenishment solution, HIMPACT. Since then, the company has grown nationally and internationally and was acquired by BFC Software in 2024.
I am currently staying on board to help make the transition of HIMPACT into BFC seamless and easy for both companies and our combined clients.

My Experience
My Experience Before starting Herlitz Inventory Management, I worked for over 20 years at E3 Corporation. It was a company my father, Anders Herlitz, started in 1980.
I led the European division, opened offices in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the UK. I also trained buyers in Swedish, French, German, and English, as well as led the software development of some key E3 products.
The company was an international success and expanded to 12 countries on 3 continents. After adding its 800th customer, we sold E3 to JDA.
About 10 years later, I launched Herlitz Inventory Management. Using the knowledge and skills from E3, I built an innovative replenishment system that was much more robust than E3 and packed it full of features that helped many clients improve their bottom line and maximize profits.
